  • These guys are swingin hard

  • thats just awesome -first time i heard ya Steve...Jon cracks me up...im grateful i learned from him...yiz are both amazing!

  • My personal fantasy is to walk into Guitar Center and hear guys this good instead of Smoke on the Water in 9 keys and some aimless schredding on a 200.00 axe blowing into a 2000.00 amp. Oh well, very nice guys!

  • just enjoy the bloody music isnt that whats its about come on.

  • you're f***ing right, thank you

  • Jooooon Yo're ITALIAAAAANNNN!!

    :)

  • I can't believe two such great guitarists couldn't find a pick and both ended up have to just use their fingers.

  • Jon's books convey freedom in any genre, and an Arsenal of inspiring techniques to apply. the many books I've purchased, his is by far the best for me, and I'd gather, most guitarists. Happy to witness the genuine luminary behind the book, thanks for posting it.

  • why do ignorant people always have to post things on youtube?

  • jcm jazz real funny.who the hell are you to critique damian. He has taught some great guitarists.Frissell,Kurt rosenwinkel,Ring a bell? No, go listen and practice more and then become a guitar god before you can be a critique. How old are you 12, what do you mean by progressions? they are playing a standard song.Apparently you didn't know that.

  • jmcljazz, you are hilarious, its not their progression thats the song jerkface. Nice work guys :)

  • Sweet.... dig it...

  • To jmclijazz:

You MUST be stupid or somehting to think these two are not accomplished guitar players. These guys are genius, and ya, they`re fucking Berklee graduates not to mention professors. Your comment is one of the most ignorant things I`ve ever heard anyone say. Like Steve said: GOOD LUCK in your quest.

  • i agree with jmcljazz. i mean, its not like they both graduated from berklee and one of them is a professor there.

    oh, wait.

this video is amazing. ive had the pleasure of being taught by jon damian and i can not wait for his new book to come out. sound quality could be better, but its good enough for jazz haha

  • im not bitter about anything disgusted is mor elike it

  • You sound bitter about something. Good luck in your quest.

  • wow..

  • I agree the compression is too much. Please search for theguitarsummit channel on youtube and you will hear Jake Langley Play Sweet Georgia Brown. Check out the sound on this video and comment if the sound has improved. theguitarsummit channel will try to find out how to create the best sound considering what we have to work with...

  • wow very accomplished but the sound quality on the video seems crappy

  • sweet as sweet is sweet!

  • Two beautiful souls manifesting beautiful music...Damian is amazing

  • This is it. I send my check and this summer I will be with you guys!

  • This is great.. exactly how jazz should be; musicians sitting around smiling and expressing themselves. No egos flying.

  • When is the final date for the inscription to the camp of this year ?

  • Registraion will last ubtil we have a max of 30 students. This year the great jazz guitarist Jake Langley will be our special guest. Please visit our site and give me a call.

  • It's "Les Sommets", not 'Las Sommet' and it's in Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley, not North Hatley.

  • Thank you for these great observations... Steve

  • What a goofy smile. That's amazing.

  • Jon Damian is the man.

  • Please send me this audio so I can lay bass down, Groves. Hot!!!
