I have. And I've also read Sebastian Haffner's "Defying Hitler" which covers not just ideology (as Mein Kampf does ) but what life was like during Pre-WWI Germany as an average citizen. It covers some of the reasons that Hitler rose to power. It wasn't because he formed a party with the word "socialism" in it. The 1923 revolutions on the streets would have happened no matter what country it was. If it wasn't Hitler. It would have been another strongman. 1 million marks for one loaf of bread!
