Biker Angel is in all Bikers buisnesses or at Lance home at second island (after a mission; forgot name), PCJ is on starfish island, turn left on last curve and first home at right.

people say tapping up gets more speed..Thats true yet its al;ot faster to just hold ur anolog stick down a little bit that way his head is down and hold it there as u accelerate.its a little tricky'er ut alot faster

@483kaulitzbill Rev up the engine and release the brake - then, while running to the ramp (stairway), KEEP TAPPING the analog stick FORWARD (like you'd do pushups on the bike). This should be helpful.;)

Where can i get that motorbike your yousing at the #4 ? Its not at lance place cause i have finisht all missions! P.S sorry for my bad english =D=D

strange that its not at lances, but you can find them spawning outside the bikers club (where you kill loads of bikers in 'the bum deal' mission), outside the cafe opposite lance's house, or at the south of downtown on the road to the right when the main highway splits into two.

the bike you get at the biker club is a freeway but the one at lances is a biker angel.

Jumps 6 and 7 i've completed with a taxi cos it can hop after you've dropped off a load of passengers. Haven't done jump 4 yet, but i didn't try holding up yet

No, the taxi goes way too slow for that. Just get a bike, I used the PCJ-600, and when you're coming up to the stairs hold or keep tapping up. That gives you more speed. It took me a few tries but i got it in the end.

Stunt #8 is so damn frustrating and almost impossible because of that motherfucking sidewalk which is pissing me off as hell! It's like, I appraoch with speed, and suddenly, vic does some kinda nose-wheelie with the motorbike and goes to the left and BAM! right into the fucking wall!

great video . . .jump #4 was a real challenge, I kept wondering how GTAmasterz1 would get such amazing distance on those jumps, I found that tapping up repeatedly will give Vic Vance that litle extra in making some of the tough jumps . . .

wtf are you on about? you said so many wrong things then I can't list them all. this is vice city STORIES, so you play as vic vance, the black dude in both versions, there is'nt a psp version of vice city.
