No, each level is individual. there's no save in levels since most lvls take only few mins to complete.

you can replay a lvl for as many times as you like

@PSXBODY I know that, im talking about making some kind of checkpoint sticker so you can start where you left off in long levels like this

these's no check points in this lvl for some logic reasons, however you can jump right into Chapter 2 or 3 from the title screen
