This is how I see it,

Guitars tones dont match,

Timing sounds okay, everybody seems to be playing at the same speed.

Drums are fine, they might not match but its still a great rhythm. I suggest your lead and rhythm guitarist look at there amps and mess with the "High, Low and Mid" knobs so that you guys dont clash.

the drums are way off, it sounds as if it was a bass song on happy hardcore, get the drums correct and also in the same tempo as the guitars, if you were making this your own style of the song i guess it could work, the drums at the end actually went with what you played but id say less bass drum through out the song.

I know your just starting but here are some tips that might help..Make sure all your guitars are in tune together.. use the same tuner if possible. Have the intonation on your guitars set up, to me they sound way out. This will make a hung difference. And your drummer needs a ton of work. Drum part not even close. But keep work'in at it!
