I have actually lived in Melbourne, Australia all my life and never heard of this A League. The Australian domestic football is the AFL our national game. Soccer does not really have a following in Australia and dosn't even recieve any media coverage so I guess that is why aussies don't know anything about it. It is a very minor sport in Aust played by a few.
they play in the A-League which is australias domestic football (soccer) competition. im guessing you either live out in the bush in the middle of no where or haven't lived in australia for very long

I live in Australia but have never heard of Sydney FC. Do they actually play soccer in Australia.
