Here's some advice: Enjoy your life after high school for a while, and dedicate yourself to fitness for a few years. What's the rush? You will mature a bit and maybe realize that it's not for you, and you can save a bunch of trouble.
There have been VERY few candidates that make it at age 17. Everyone says they'll make it no matter what, but most get broken. Just be careful and make sure you're joining up for reasons just as prioritized as BUD/S, the odds are low for you
