the first time I have seen dragonball and dragonball Z was on toonami. I iwshed it didn't skip the seasons so much because I had no clue what was going on because I didn't know who the hell Android 18 was, trunks and goten, when bulma and vegeta got together etc. Now I understand it all just by watching all the seasons in order =)

You must have joined the party late. They didn't skip any seasons. Once DBZ became a huge hit the rolled each seaon out in order.

They did show DBZ before Dragonball though.
