Its, directions, essentially....[she goes] "Out, past the fountain, a left by the station", the lyrics continue to go on with "I start my day in the usual way", which I have took to mean, what she does and direction she goes on a regular basis, though many of her songs are a bit to make sense of, can't help ya with thumbalina size 10, thats just Tori, my friend.

How do you understand the sentence "out past the fountain a left by the station"? I'm not an english native speaker so that's why I just cannot catch the sense.. And what's "thumbalina size 10 "?

Well size ten is not a small clothing size in the US. So I guess there is a paradox or contradiction in 'Thumbelina's size 10 on a wednesday.'
Thumbelina couldn't be a size ten, so it's just something strange and impossible. She is singing about things being uncertain in that second verse, so this line just adds to that confusion, about something being weird or wrong!
Basically...it's not supposed to make sense :)
