Hi Dan, just started watching your videos. I started juicing 3 weeks ago with a Brawn juicer. I'm planing on buying a better on with a bigger hole to shove whole apples and stuff in.

My 2 questions are this:

1- Can you explain the difference between a juicer and a emulsifier? Do you recommend or use an emulsifier?

2- I see you push hard on the pusher thing pushing the veggies and fruit down hard and fast. Is that how its supposed to be done?

I believe food is the most political issue out there, and YET - it is ignored by all politicians. There are plenty of Whole Foods “haters” out there that are claiming that the company has been bought out by monsanto (not true, the companies are publicly traded so you can see for yourself) and that Whole Foods Market has agreed to use monsanto’s genetically modified foods.
