@lote1234567891011 mkvsdc was the first mk i was able to do big high damaging combos, and yes they were sick and hard to do. in NO way are they as ridiculous and as complex and long as the ones i have come up with in mk9, not to mention that in mk9 there is every character in one game, there is tag team, better grahpics, better announcer, better fatalitys, xray mode, original story and its a fucking 2d fighter which already makes it better than dc. MK9 is the best ever.

The reason why MK Vs DC Universe got a Teen Rating, with the violence levels toned down was because it was a licensing condition. The DC Characters license didn't allow for intense, graphic violence with blood/gore and ripped or cut out bodyparts. It only allowed for a mild to moderate level of violence.

What I loved about MK DCU, is that violence didn't needed to be gorish to be satisfying. Cat woman's lash fatality is brutal and sexy as hell, wich I find one of the most sweet fatalities of all time. Gore without creativity isn't good at all.

Maybe I'm simple to please, but I got more enjoyment out of the X-ray moves on Mortal Kombat 9 then I did the finishers on MK Vs. DCU. (Ignore the fact that most of the x-rays SHOULD kill you, but don't)
