Got to take off from Calgary Airport this summer to Kelowna British Columbia for army cadet training it was awsome looking out the window at all the buildings and roads as they got smaller and smaller.
The fly into Kelowna is amazing because you can see all the lakes and mountains. Whenever I fly back from training camp it always happens in the middle of the night so I don't see much. This year flying back we were flying through a huge rainstorm and I couldn't really see anything below us but the scenery is still awsome.

No, the biggest runway is in the Nevada Desert or new Mexico or something like that, and its the longest runway in the world. I think EIA has longer runways than Calgary too.

Racing down barlow to the airport is fun,watch the last turn though,skidding on two wheels isn't fun.
And there are lots of cops on that road,350 dollar fine atleast!

I thought it might be somewhere like Phenoix.
We had to wait there for a while on our way to Hawaii and I just assumed it was bigger because it has like 4 terminals or something. Calgary has 1.

the biggest runway in north america is in Quebec, Mirabel airport,, shut down for commercial flights but still in use for cargo...and training
