I love AOR music and although this sound a little bit newer in comparison to "Dominoe", "Dare" or this stuff I think this one includes ANYTHING that an excellent song should include.Constantly sth is happening here. I like "Once And Future King" projects (Parts I & II) & "Return To Evermore", with Chris Francis on lead guitar, but Ten's music lost the enchant after Vinny left that band. Not Ten's music only contained more melody, but it also presented more heaviness.

Dare is a great band. A curious fact is: Darren Wharton was a keyboard player of Thin Lizzy before being a Dare's singer. With Vinny Burns at this band, the songs became extremely spetacular. The same I say about Ten: Vinny contributed to Ten's music a lot. On "Babylon", the thing became better and better with Don Airey's participation. What a pity Mr. Burns left Ten, and Chris could not show his talent at Ten yet.

I agree,Vinny is supremely gifted. I loved the Dare period. I once had the pleasure of jamming with him at some pub in Oldham, in the early eighties, when I sang in a local band called the Cry Electric Co. His brother later played bass for us. It seems like only yesterday (happy days)!!!
