Nash and Hall were given scripted bullshit to read, while BOTH of them were amazing on the mic and could have made it more entertaining. The Rock, on the other hand, was able to improvise his promos and that's why he came out looking better here. Instead of viewing the nWo (and all the WCW guys) as WWF talent once they bought WCW, they still treated them like the competition and buried them. Vince has made MANY dumb moves, but his handling of the WCW guys is easily the dumbest. Screw Vince.
@JordanSayz I know right, the whole while Rock used recycled lines/jokes from the previous pay perview b4 wrestlemania no way out and it was a lot funnier then. I think both Outsiders are and were underrated. Well its all history now and the wwe sucks and is more for high school kids and younger these days. its all about steroid freaks, cheap story lines and slut divas. Theres very lil tru 'wrastling' any more and I dont mean just the literaly matches&wrestling I also mean sports entertainment
WWE dropped the ball BIG TIME with Hall and Nash. After Hogan turned face, they just let Hall and Nash go and the sad thing is that Shawn Michaels was only months from coming back. It would have been HUGE to form the Kliq as an on-screen faction for the first time. No nWo, no DX, the KLIQ. That would have rocked and they could have had so many angles with that. Also, Bischoff was months away from coming back. Would have been a great story for him to side with the Kliq AGAINST Hogan. Oh well.

@hungryandrew I think they could've fixed that though. A simple "turning on The Rock" by Hogan and rejoining Hall & Nash during their tag team match (on this episode) would have had the people hating Hogan again. Unless they felt it was almost like the Stone Cold situation from a year before, where the fans just simply didn't want to boo Austin (when they turned him heel).
