I have another question. Anyone have idea how well Tumbleweed plans are put together? They are overpriced to me but I do like the layout of the final product.
15K is a reasonable cost for a Tumbleweed. I bought my 820sq ft. house for $21,750 and am going to build a tumbleweed in the backyard on concrete foundation.
Ok I'm SOLD! I had a idea on how I would like my place to look like and this place looks amazing...

@flyingrv6 on the site it says it includes a whole bunch of plans. floor, elevation, electrical, framing plans (how it all goes together)
it's basically what you need to build the house, including a materials list apparently

Do you know what his total expense was in building this? If not, what is the projection?

@flyingrv6 I believe it was a just over $15k but that's not including paying anybody for any labor
