@XxellimacxX when the game loads up and everything, at the home page (where you chose the neighborhood you want to play in) the should be an option saying 'Create A Neighborhood' or sumthing like that. and click on that and make a neighborhood (sorry if it confusing) hope it helped =)

its not Victorian its Tudor style but i don't like either i personally like antebellum

Technically, it's a Tudorbethen (a style of Tudor/Elizabethan houses built during the 1920's in the U.S.)

The architectural style of the residence does not seem like its a Victorian. Its designed as Tudor style residence just like rest of the structures in Veronaville.
