hey slack here is a hint when you see an alien carcas and you think its dead use your kinisis to see if its dead . if you can pick it up its dead, If you cant pick it up its playing dead.

Majorslack makes every horror game which is soo scary only fun and hilarious. In every walk/playthrough you upload, I always laugh.

One of the biggest differences i've noticed is that Stasis doesn't last very long in this game.  I remember in the first one you would stasis a necro, run away, calmly search for an explosive container, carry it back, and then blast them. Here stasis seems to wear off in 3 seconds.

I like how we get to see slack in this angle, were he is doing a playthrough and we kind of get the feel of how hard the game actually is, because slack makes everything look easy. :)

You should start stomping Necromorph bodies, most of the time they don't drop any stuff when you kill them, so just engage the mighty foot and stomp the crap out of them.

I'm up to Chapter 7 now and some key differences I'm noticing between DS2 and DS1:

1. The game is a lot darker making it harder to find your way around (and find stuff).

2. Lots more 'sucker punch' moments. Half the time you're getting clobbered before you can even pull your weapon.

3. No map. (What were they thinking?)

4. Non-upgraded Stasis appears to last for a shorter duration. Also it behaves differently. Creatures start to move faster near the end of stasis.

Also, the game lost its fear. DS1 made you feel like you where about to be attacked around every corner, DS2 didn't have that feel to it. Though the storyline of DS2 is much better.

Slack? Just so your aware: If you stomp those parkour climbing things and other small-height creatures, It will deal them critical damage. And If you stomp any enemy after you've killed them. u can use body parts like there Claws (Or Brooms, Sticks, Spears found randomly..) To nail your enemys to the walls using telekenise. Very powerfull weapon. When panicking, Or just low on ammo ;)

Also, When you've stomped something, It will drop some more goodies, like Health, ammo...

I know how to play the game, dude. I did a complete walkthrough of DS1. I'm just a little rusty. Haven't touched Dead Space in over a year. And just so you're aware, doing a blind playthrough of a video game with live running commentary is pretty difficult. Putting your dignity on the line for the entire world to see in living color and all that. It's no walk in the park. You should try it sometime. :D
