Ok so I have 100 lockpick, or so it says. But whenever I look at my stats it says i have 98 lockpick. And when I level up I can't go any higher on my lockpicking skill. Can someone please tell me whats going on and how to fix it because i really want this gun. Thanks

U need to meet the STR and skill requirement for the weapon. After that the gun will still sway a bit, but not much.

Best weapon in the game in my opinion. Love the Anti-Materiel Rifle and the Holorifle as well. Those are the only 3 weapons I ever take with me and no enemy in the game stands are chance anymore. Can't even remember the last time I had to top my health up.

I found a brand new sniper rifle close to New Vegas Clinic, when you leaving the clinic just take a look to the destroyed houses on your left, behind one locked door you will find it with ammo. Lockpick of 75 is required to open the door. Have fun.
