why the hell would you not just have a motorbike? I mean seriously, this thing has a bike engine, doesn't have a roof, is slower than a bike and is worse on gas than a bike, so why would anyone have one of these?
Do they still make the Scoot Coupe or are they out of bussiness ,,, I checked in and emailed the web page but could not get a reply and when I pressed Galley button it just locks up??
well from what i hav3 resaerched, the 50cc model is completely steet lagal, and you dont need any liscense. but the 150cc model you need a motorcyle liscense. and i guess if it it street legal like a motorized bike, it follows the same rules. i guess you also have to take into consideration where you live. hope i helped
We need more vehicles like this for commuting and such. I've just made a bicycle-car that has bicycle pedals, but also has a motor for pedal-assist. It has a plastic body that looks like a little car, but it's a motor-assisted bicycle underneath, so it's street-legal without a license as well. I'm so glad more people can see how useful these vehicles can be!! :)
i agree. i love the scoot coupe and it looks like its a change for the better. i think they should be cheaper and more people would buy them. ur bike sounds cool also!
I would be scared tho being so low to the ground. A truck or big svu might just run me over because they can't see me

i think theyre pretty cool, the price tag is a bit steep for an around town go-getter.
Ive been told a 250cc engine is in the works though.
