Why don't you have an anti-dragon shield? if you mess up getting to a safespot, or you lag and the dragon gets to you, the fire can hit 50+. The (crest) rune kiteshield you are using also doesnt help, it has -2 range attack, while the anti-dragon shield has -0 range attack.

for a 2 trips i recommend 400 bolts, and dragons are level 111 combat,

and no, u can train there 60+ ranged.

70+ is quicker kills, but i was like 62 range in the vid, it takes a tiny bit longer to kill em.

it really depends on what your training on they are slow but can hit high with good range armour, arrows and good range. preferably i use rune c'bow with broad bolts or magic shortbow with mith/addy arrows
