I just watched Borden's routine from the same competition, and the commentator said it's a preformance competition, so they're allowed to use lyrics if they want, or even a costum. It's similiar to the Rock N Roll champs I guess.

ohh, i like to watch those kind of shows. i watched the hilton spectacular this year. it aired here on christmas eve.

In the Pro competitions (like in ice skating) they allow them to use lyrics with the music and it doesn't have to be under 1:30. They use to have these pro competitions a lot back then, but they've practically become extinct now. Would be great if they'd start it up again.

yea. they still do the hilton spectacular though even though that isnt so great. i watched it on christmas eve this year and it was one of the worst.
