  • my sister and I have used this method to interpret our dreams since we were little, kind of scary actually listening to this guy explain what I used to do in my childhood. i re -evaluated this belief after watching the movie Waking Life..i HIGHLY recommend this movie to everyone!! =) believe in YOURSELF, you can do and be anything!!! law of one!! =)

  • It's interesting when you have a dream that exatly predicts the events of the next day or week, etc, and it makes you wonder if it truly is your own "filter" creating your dreams..

  • inappropriategiggle- Yes it's still all our own filters that make the dream. Kind of like our computers & internet. We all connect to the same net, have similar computers, but depending on our particular system(monitor size, desktop resolution, graphics card, CPU, RAM, etc); we all see things slightly different. This seems to be how telepathic dreams work too. We can be communicating consciously with someone, or share a dream, but the message & context may look different to each person.

  • @whoslucidwhatnow - Dreams take place on the proverbial "internet" of life in a sense; which in itself is timeless. When we have precognitive dreams (which technically most of them are in a way as they tend to deal with upcoming events, possibilities, and/or choices) we are connecting to a particular bandwidth of the "internet" & are receiving info about the possible future from it. What & how we see that outcome being is going to be based on our own belief systems (or "filters").

  • @whoslucidwhatnow

There are events that have been seen in dreams that there was no way of predicting with gathered materials. If you can't truthfully explain why something is what it is, it isn't truth to try to deny it. Sometimes it's okay to say you don't know how something is possible.

  • inappropriategiggle - If they are seen in dreams ahead of time, how can there be "no way" of predicting? I am *very familiar with precognitive dreams, & ultimately any given experience, waking or in astral-ville is interpreted and filed in one's own recollection by the process of their own belief system("filters"). Does that mean there's no such thing as precognitive or telepathic dreams? Hell no! It just means you have to know your own language before you can truly be consistent & effective.

  • inappropriategiggle - Also, I am NOT trying to explain exactly how precognitive dreams work, simply relaying what I have learned in my own experiences & the knowledge I've garnered from the experiences & research of others. You will find there are many other scientists & onieronauts who will agree with me on this particular point. I may have not explained my point thorough enough, but there are literally ongoing studies on this subject; can't do it all within a few thousand or characters ;)

  • @whoslucidwhatnow

I know there are still ongoing studies on the subject, but I don't feel that anything will be allowed to be proven because it goes against the agenda of controlling the general population. Which is irritating, because the most valuable info is blocked(filtered).
