You know what? Master Yuan lets me suddenly love Wudang kongfu. I shared this with my friends and relatives. He is amazing and flexible man. Also, I read all his details information, he is a quiet and a nice person as well. This vedio I watched more than 20 times, so great and awesome!!!
@ lileulileu - What style do u do? Master Leung Sheum says, stretching is a (breathing meditation) - so, to avoid injuries, always warm up before u start. Listen to ur body & stop it says stop. Be patient, repeat the exercise daily over a long time - ur body will eventually open up & ur flexibility will grow. So it is with Qi.
I want to ask a question... When I relax(kind of meditation) my hands, I feel stretching inside them, which gets stronger gradually. After a serious relaxation like this I start to feel my chi really strong between my hands. But I'm worried about this inner stretching. It kind of hurts... Should I stretch more like this to get more chi...? Or is it wrong to develop that way?
@lileulileu you need to focus your chi in the rest of your arm instead of just your hands, and then through the rest of your body. I had the same problem and thats what my shifu told me
it's not only about the flexibility and strength of the legs, Tai Yi Qi Gong is the most advanced training for hard qi-gong (iron shirt), it's about how to use your muscles, and bones and prepare the internal organs for strong impacts without feeling any shock , it's a really advanced training, not only a beautiful form.
The explosives movements (fajing) help shaking the internal organs in such a way that it feels as if someone just hitted you, if not well trained in the basic steps, even the fa-jing properly done hurts a lot internally.
amazing balance and flexibility
