Frank was smarter to retire without tainting his credibility.

Ken, well, he picked some fights very late in his career that perhaps he could win when he was younger and, because of that, people have to be reminded how great he was in his prime.

I wish nothing but the best to the two of them.

Why do these whiney supposedly MMA media types complain about Shamrock narrating his own video. I thought it was appropriate, and atleast Shamrock doesn't claim to be a thought leader in MMA with incredible technical analysis that generally results in wrong predictions. God I can't wait for this sport to grow so these types will hopefully fade away and stop complaining so much about Strikeforce and their "narrative". Just watch the fights and stfu, or don't.
