  • Aren't Pigeons Flying Rats, We Are Supposed To Kill Them Since They Are Pests. Not Wild Singing Birds!

  • @taker1292 These are domestic, cage-raised birds. The bands on the legs show they were pets.

  • you guys could be doing something useful, like saving the last 35 white rhinos or helping efforts to save the mountain gorilla. instead your focusing on pigeons. Your group is about as useful as tits on a bull. Although if your drones keep on getting shot down - while trespassing - ill keep watching your videos for the lulz. Pat yourself on the back. Nothing has been accomplished.

  • @SpecialEdAllstar Where's your work for the rhinos and mountain gorillas? We don't see it among your uploaded video games. Oh, wait. You're a lazy troll.

  • There's a trade in catching pigeons in NYC and trucking them out to PA for use in these events.

  • @lokisgodhi Banded birds means they come from private owners. A gun club member raises many of these birds just to be shot.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

You need to work on the sense of humor thing.

  • @lokisgodhi Animal abuse is not funny.

  • That's just cruel. I know there are a lot of pigeons out in the wild, but there are other ways than this to lessen their numbers. I wish infertility feeds/baits were available for sale for this purpose; it would allow people to feed the pigeons a feed that would make their babies infertile, and that way you could get no more pigeons out of those younger generations. I myself like to catch the feral pigeons and use them as foster parents for my show pigeons. And there are so many pretty ferals!

  • @torakitty Just so you're aware, most of the birds are cage-raised or purchased/perhaps stolen from private owners just to be shot, not trapped in order to 'lessen numbers'. Many of the birds are banded.

  • @SHARKonlineorg That actually makes it seem worse to me. I love my birds, and I don't sell them to people who want them for feeding snakes, training dogs, etc. Plus, that is illegal in my area.

  • Oh yeah SHARK are real bad because they may have trespassed ...and when they did they found an atrocity..What about the sickos who get pleasure out of killing innocent animals for sport..and use this murder as a way of compensating for their inadequacies ...get some perspective and don't bother writing until you do..God Bless SHARK.

  • Honestly i am a hunter and honestly im going out hunting in the morning and honestly your a bunch of fucking cock suckers cause i honestly want to fucking no how you discovered these pigeons without tresspassing.... hmmmmm? i dont see a answer to that do i?

  • @TrueHunters55 All you're concerned with is trespassing? Not the cruelty of letting animals suffer into death? No surprise. You think shooting birds launched out of boxes right in front of you is 'hunting'. Great big bad hunter you are. You're a joke.

  • @TrueHunters55 oh goodie, another hunter defending his "sport" of dishing out cruelty.

  • I would also like to suggest that your campaign might be more effective if you did not use words like murder and bloodthirsty, these types of comments are rather off putting and make you look like a radical Most hunters are against pigeon shoots but the attitude of most anti's alienates them and makes it into a you or us situation. You have to realize that hunting is not going to disappear, if you want to make a difference then you have to make compromises. Good luck with your campaign!

  • @turkey2003 These people, and we use that term loosely, shoot birds out of boxes for fun. That's bloodlust. Along with sexual gratification which we have documented at shoots. If 'most hunters are against pigeon shoots', what are they doing about it?

  • @SHARKonlineorg Honestly not much because of lack of knowledge of these types of events. You can post these vids on Pennsylvania hunting forums and I bet you would get lots of outrage and people willing to join your campaign, hunters hate canned hunts. Just don't present your opinions as strongly as you do here and let the video speak for itself and you should get support. You may not believe but hunters are just as passionate as you are about animals. good luck!

  • at least they could be used up to make fertilizer or cat food , etc no?

  • If a dog kept shitting on my car, I'd shoot him too. Pigeons are annoying, and in large numbers can cause environmental damage. The bridge that collapsed in Minnesota collapsed from pigeon poo weakening the steel. Do you care about the 13 people that died? Pigeons are plentiful and in no danger of becoming extinct. It is a legal sport, and I'm sure nobody will miss 10,000 pigeons a year. My car stays cleaner, as does my neighborhood after these much needed events.

  • @t16387 These birds are purposely raised just to be shot. Most have never even flown until they're launched out of the boxes to be shot. But killing them makes you happy, doesn't it.

  • Thank you for living on this planet. Because... Just thank you. If only killing ugly humans could be legal I would kill those bastards and their uglu kids who carry almost dead bird and playfully kick it with their legs. Jesus, why I did watch those videos? Now I will never be able to take them out of my mind.

  • What these hunters need is good social time with these magnificent creatures. Then perhaps they'll see that what they are killing is not only flesh and blood infused with beautiful life, but as all bird lovers will swear, a beautiful soul. Pigeons are very intelligent and quite tame and sweet. No amount of firepower should ever be spent for the benefit of fun. There are ways to have fun without the cost of another creatures suffering. =]

  • i hope your love for parrots stays strong for it is thus that we feel thy same . quote "shakesqueer"

  • its a pigeon shoot seriously i used to catch wild pigeons and sell them to trap clubs 3 dollars a bird and the farmers were not mad that i was taking them good money and they are more fun to shoot than clay birds

  • @marcman5109 Taking a life for money and fun. Says all anyone needs to know about you.

  • @marcman5109 It's Like saying taking you or your family and selling them to other people to get shot at. Is that really fun instead of shooting paper with targets?

  • wow

    pigeons live god

find feed help pigeons good :)

  • I want to puke and cry! I watched this while cuddled next to my cockatoo. I know what I see. I wonder if my bird thinks the same. Humans are disgusting! My bird is named Angel. She is a gentle, kind and loving soul. She is always there to offer me love and comfort. She may not always understand me, but she is always there to offer her UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!! Who are these people that can take the life of God's creatures without remorse? My heart is breaking. For they know not what they do.

  • @luv4parrots We appreciate your post, thank you.

  • Is it not possible to find the owners of the banded pigeons?

I'm curious if they have any ties to this or not, and if not, would they maybe have more "legal" recourse.

  • @TheDrkSentinel That is being looked into since there are databases.

  • i am a hunter i shoot pigeons and rabbits i make sure before i shoot i has not got a band and i eat what ever i kill

  • If the meat was used I wouldn't have anything against it because they can be really troublesome in many ways. I live in Portugal and in the city there are thousands of pigeons. We were forbbiden to feed them, not sure why, but I'm guessing because of the disease they carry and they can reproduce quickly as most birds(rats with wings). That meat is just a waste and living pigeons suffering is cruel. But sometimes pest control is needed...

  • @CoolKidACS Most of these birds are cage-raised and never flown until the moment they're launched out of the boxes to be shot, so 'pest control' is not an issue.

And really, which would you prefer to pick up after littering, indifferent humanity? Birds or building dwelling rats?

  • sickening!

  • I am an avid hunter and shooter and I am against live pigeon shoots. Please do not lump all sportsman into this category

  • @soccer74242 how would you like it if I killed you

  • I dont understand why they do not use clay pigeons. What a waste of life.

  • if you are going to shoot something, if it survives the shot have the honor to kill it so it dosent have to suffer, leaving the birds alive to die slowely is just wrong, and second, personally i shoot but anything i shoot it used as food for animals etc, i dont just dump it, these people need to learn some honor an respect

  • @XxUTUBER1XX

they have no honour!.....I agree with you, animals should be treated with respect,I cannot see any of this here....

  • I hope pigeon shootings will get banned in a near future. I hunted my whole life. Pigeon shooting is pathetic.

  • @TheMarcthehunter yup your totally right

  • Frig-canada

  • Why i'm sharing the planet with this redneck crap?

  • this is so fucked up... - from canada

  • I wouldn't be so objected to this maybe if they were processed and eaten as opposed to being killed and dumped....seems like a selfish theft of life solely for entertainment as opposed for food or management....

  • Les chasseurs sont partout les mêmes gros cons consanguins.

Tu es un mec bien Stevie, je suis admiratif devant ton travail...bon courage.

  • OH my GOOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Did u save any

  • @QUIKxMONEY A couple, yes. They went to rehabbers and vets.

  • Their dead but nerves are still active

  • @QUIKxMONEY No, some of them were still alive and able to be saved/rehabbed.

  • Pigeons are vermin. Let's have some logic and thought process here. why can't they kill pigeons? don't call me clueless, defend your position. stop "rescuing" invasive species that harm the environment and urban areas. find something useful to do with your time. I do agree they should shoot them again to kill them quickly, or something, break their necks or something.

  • @dog22boy Most of the birds are privately produced and raised. Not "vermin', not 'invasive', not 'harming the environment or urban areas'. Most probably never even out of the coop before being boxed to be shot.

Those that come from illegal trapping do not deserve a suffering death, either.

Funny that someone who trolls videos tells us to do something useful with our time. Really, very funny.

  • @dog22boy Vermin it's you and your people. So let's just take you out the street and shoot your חוצפּה asses.

  • @dog22boy As someone with a degree in environmental science I can tell you pigeons are not a huge problem as far as being invasive. They really dont compete with any native species, and may even be beneficial with seed distribution in areas where humans have extirpated native wildlife. It's not common to find pigeons away from civilized areas either. If you were talking about house sparrows I may agree with you to some extent but there's no reason to leave an animal suffering.

  • @dosdoggies Thanks for your post.

  • @dog22boy Feral dogs are also invasive species, should we shoot them too or ar they "too cute" to die?

  • What does it mean when a bird has a band?

  • @TheDressageAddict It's privately owned or banded for research.

  • Don't worry you sniviling liberals. They're about to pour some gasoline on the pile!

  • @535459 We have film of it.

  • @Renda1984 oh yeah, that makes you so tough and cool. don't spam this video with hate.

  • Disgusting people, I don't know what kind of world we live in where this is considered 'sport.. Could you help any of the birds?

  • @MelsRamblings Yes, we have rescued the birds we could. There are also individuals who come during the shoots and save some of the wounded birds that escape.

  • Nobody take a action against them no rule in hunting

  • Why people do this if they r not eat them

  • @Shari123ify They enjoy killing. It's that simple.

  • your great,keep it up

  • @pascalmilko We appreciate your support.

  • PA is just racking up more and more ways on how to suck. I should know. I live in this shit hole. Today it's nothing but gas wells and bull shit. I believe this falls under bull shit. If county and state officials refuse to touch it, which it doesn't surprise me any that they didn't, then I would go the next step up. There are banded birds in there and I do believe that's a Federal offense. Not to mention how likely it is that most of these birds have been stolen.

PA needs to get a life.

  • I have been an avid bird hunter pretty much my whole life. Quail, Dove, Pheasant, etc. But when I saw this video it really made me sad. To just kill for pure sport and then dump them in the woods to suffer and rot on the remaining live ones is just WRONG. What the hell is so bad about shooting the clay targets that fly through the air. Do they actually have to shoot at something a live. My dad taught me to eat what you shoot or don't shoot at it. It's that simple.

  • the first bird is a baby bird, pigeon fanciers call them squeakers. i found one in my garden, it couldnt fly and stunk of rotten flesh, took it in, fed and watered her then a few days later noticed a hole in its chest, air rifle wound which took over a week to kill it. the ringed birds will have been bought from pigeon fanciers for gun club breeding purposes, you need to warn local pigeon fanciers of buyers buying for gun clubs.

  • @magnusalexa We appreciate the information in your posts, thank you.

  • i shoot all sorts of animals but leaving them like that is horrible, the people that do this want their guns taken of them and locking up is cruel

  • I was able to recognize the letters on one Band : IF WBC . I looked it up and that Bird belonged to a member of the Wilkes-Barre Combine. I don't know how far the thrill-killers are from there but, if you can get the letters and the numbers then you can find the owner.

  • @revthom1 Thanks alot! That's great info. We can find out if these birds are being sold to the killers or are being illegally trapped/stolen.

  • These Banded Birds are RACING PIGEONS( HOMING PIGEONS, CARRIER PIGEONS) ! They ARE PROTECTED by both STATE and FEDERAL LAWS. These are the birds that are responsible for Saving American Lives in Wartime . Please record these Band Numbers and REPORT this to THE AMERICAN UNION OF RACING PIGEON FANCIERS (AU), (the band will say AU , the birth year of the bird

  • Sick, twisted bastards.

  • Common pigeons are pests. Lets just face this. They eat food wich is critical for other endangerd bird species

But breeding pigeons just so that they could get shot? Thats low. Very.

  • Lets be clear. These are raised to be shot? Or is this exterminating pests?

I have no problem exterminating pigeons where they are vastly overpopulated, but not farm raising them and then slaughtering them unless they are to be eaten.

  • @USSBN734 Most of these birds are raised by a club member; some are purchased from other breeders, some are illegally trapped. They do not eat these birds.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Then I have a major problem with it. That is literally "sport" killing. Rather like shooting skeet, and I disagree with it completely.

To be clear, I will kill pigeons, pigs, other pest or invasive animals when they are damaging crops, or posing a danger, or damaging local wildlife. And I will not always eat those kills (I had a plague of pigs at one time).

But I would not raise an animal for the purpose of killing it unless it were for food.

    Real hunters don't do this.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Please write down those Band Numbers and Letters and contact the American Union of Racing Pigeon Fanciers (AU) or the International Federation of Racing Pigeon Fanciers (IF). As you know, it is illegal to kill a Racing Pigeon . Homing Pigeons were responsible for saving 1000's of American lives in Wartime. I noticed some birds had a rubber countermark , that means they were in a Race. Keep those bands and report them, the AU and IF have legal counsel to deal with these folks.

  • @revthom1 Thank you.

  • you guys may be the biggest fags i know. stop worrying about stupid pigeons and get a life ya freaking hippys

  • @wiz344 Hey, troll, was that you the idiot in the helmet throwing the hammer at the bee nest or was that you the coward standing back away from it yelling at the other idiot to do it? Talk about getting a life, you should look into it once you grow up.

  • I live in England and the way they kill them is not the sporting way. I t does not take any skill at all to kill a pigeon in a straight line and the fact they don't eve know what they are doing and don't even kill them to put them out of their horror is just pure evil! these people are just giving real shooters a bad name !

  • Im all for pidgeon hunting. But this isn't hunting. This is pointless slaughter. Shamefull that the people who committed these acts call themselves hunters. All that does is give us real hunters a bad name.

  • you should just kill the suffering ones.

  • Please tell me how the international community can help you to stop these idle psychopaths.

  • @askalice50 Use your collective voice to bombard the officials allowing it to continue. All information you need would be on: PA Shame . com

    Thank you.

  • And people say the South has ignorant people...

  • @megaboo1991 Animal abuse has no geographic boundaries.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Legalized Pigeon massacres do...

  • @megaboo1991 Point taken.

  • @SHARKonlineorg do u live on a farm or in the city

  • @themusclehamsta1 Both. The representatives of our organization live diversified lives.

  • @SHARKonlineorg i partly agree with you, if ther raising them to be shot at then yea its wrong but in the citys they carry alot of diseases, and there over populated, they rust out farm equipment, like i said i partly agree with you

  • What do the bands mean

  • @Marsthemartin31 They were privately owned or banded for wildlife tracking.

  • Thank you for trying to save them.

  • @MinaMcKay We just can't walk away from the injured ones we can get to and help. Thanks for your post.

  • @MinaMcKay True that makes me sick that practice of pigeon shooting in PA should be outlawed its cruel, inhumane, and unsanitary!

  • PEOPLE ARE GETTING TOO ABUSIVE!!!!

    :[

  • that comment id intended for coldsteel106

  • Considering that you are watching the videos of your enemies I take it you have no life. posting your comment on this video is only providing proof that you are a complete idiot. I hope they use this comment in the future to prove your ways that resemble the ways of a piece of shit. You are not good. enough to be called shit. u are only a piece.I'm sure karma will come back and bite your ass. By the way, 2 year old trolls are not allowed on youtube, so FUCK OFF!

  • Lamedon20, What a fucking idiot you are. You think killing a pigeonon the street is ok? Your lack of common sense is amazing.

  • God bless you for saving that pigeon!

  • @Ladycastaneda Thank you.

  • i shoot for pest control on the farms and leaving live quarry just sickens me i can only imagine that this pile is from a shoot that involved releasing the birds from a cage then shot for sport SO WRONG

  • @packleader38 No need to imagine. This is the dead pile from such a shoot.

  • midnight feast for me

  • I love pigeons. They are not vermins. Good "Job" on saving some of them. I'd do the same, I usually save baby pigeons who lost their moms.

  • @HappyRussians Thanks for your post.

  • This looks awfully similar to Nazi death piles of gassed Jew's

  • Considering that you are whispering I take it you are trespassing on their property. By posting this video you are providing them proof you were on their property illegally and I hope they use it to prosecute you.

  • @coldsteel106 No, they weren't trespassing. The investigators were whispering to not draw attention so they wouldn't be harassed and could film unimpeded.

  • What a fucking people its ok to kill pigeon on the street but no racing pigeons with rings on the feet !!!!!!!

  • the poor babies :o(

  • Bring in Mike Tyson, he's a pigeoner.

  • :( Who would do that to a bird? That's worse than hitting it with a car. That poor bird's neck was broken and it was still alive.

  • What in hell is wrong with people, those folks in Penn are terrible people for allowing this behavior...

  • It's cool, I bet the shooters will be reborn as a pigeon and end up being used for this. :D

  • @MeowMorrigan A just thought. However, we hope by the time they croak, these shoots are finally, fully outlawed.

  • @SHARKonlineorg they should use clay pigeons instead of this shit

  • @kevinmeehan71 Absolutely. That's what folks with intelligence and common sense do.

  • Did you mercy kill?

  • @ImSoOffended Two birds were taken to a veterinarian, the worst injured bird was put down on site.

  • they are FERAL pigeons (once owned and abandoned to freely breed), they overpopulate their environment and cause stress on their eco-systems. This is a method of population control. Also the bodies are left so scavengers can eat.

  • @ImSoOffended Most of these birds are cage-raised for this, not abandoned, not breeding freely, and even if that were the case, this is not population control. It's a way for humans to get their jollies by blasting away at living things.

You seem to think leaving bodies for scavengers is okay, but then what's your plan once scavengers are 'overpopulating'? Having fun killing/wounding them as well to feed other scavengers that may one day 'overpopulate' as well? Then what comes after that?

  • @ImSoOffended wow. really? that is not population control, that is just sick.

  • @Renda1984 You're either a liar, sick in the head, or both.

  • This is soooo sad :(

    poor birds!

    :´(

  • @Renda1984 Wow, you're cool.

  • The SMELL its overwhelming! Its a video you trespassing tards. Although I think this pile should be burned and buried. It still doesn't excuse your illegal acts.

  • This is so sad... really breaks my heart to see something like this. Tragic that human beings can be like this and be so unfaded, so uncaring. Something is lacking in one's character when involved in such practices.

  • thats what u think

  • the band could meen it belongs to the club did u ever think about that guy

  • @isaacgore100 That's not the case.

  • @Renda1984 Understood. So tell us, do you see an overstuff coward with no life or future? If so, that must be you! :)

  • Do you know domestic housecats kill over half a billion birds a year? You guys should start protesting cats.

  • @Nerkal33 Must you talk absolute shit? You are obviously an idiot.

  • @Nerkal33 So basically you're saying the people that do this are no smarter than cats? Yup, I agree. Actually, cats aren't even that cruel...they do it out of instinct NOT sport.

  • Holy shit I was all disparaging on this user until this, wow it's like Dachau for pigeons.

  • I live at a house where there is too many pegeons. They get in your house, break things, contaminate your food, contaminate your house. They bring you feathers, drops, dead chicks, dead pegeons corpses. They are a pest, if you never being in this kind of situation, you just do not know how harmfull they are.

Neighbors and they families have illnes and alergies because of these pests. I even know a case of two people who got an illnes from these animals and died. I have no simpaty for them.

  • I am not against hunting, and I think that some animal rights organizations are collectively insane, but such a thing as live pigeon shoots has no place in a civilized society. It's a cruel and barbaric practice that should be utterly banned.

Pigeons aren't dirty or messy...one at a time. Any given parrot is more of a mess maker than a pigeon of the same size. I'd take a pigeon as a pet over any parrot, any day of the week. Pigeons make quiet, harmless, GOOD pets.

  • so you are basically trespassing on a law abiding citzen's property? I hope they press charges and have you arrested.

  • Their disrespect for life should give you a clue to their psychology.

  • Its shocking to think that (governed bodies) such as police/DA Dept/polatitions are promoting murdurous behavour, they should be condeming it, they have to lead by example and if this is what they promote, God help you over there, ours would not survive a day later than the publishment! these departments should be stripped by the president and start all over again. And I beleive one day it will happen because its soooooooooo wrong.

  • @MyBabiesMyHorses Fortunately or unfortunately, our federal governmentt does not give the president that kind of power over our state governments.

  • @SHARKonlineorg thank you and hope you dont mind me asking shark? is it the federal government that has the overall power over state governments and presedent then, and would the people as a whole be able to better the state government situation... cos these guys are evil after all... I could go on but I dont want to push to much on to political stuff and be longwinded as they say over here...

  • @MyBabiesMyHorses Our states have autonomy within their own lines; their own laws and governing bodies. The federal government of which the president is the head, presides over the 50 states to keep everything cohesive under our Constitution. The fed govt. is in charge of anything interstate (between the states). A good example, dogfighting wasn't outlawed federally, but the transport of dogs was, because some states still allowed it, until the Vick case broke, now it's illegal in all 50 states.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Thank you shark, this has helped me understand, thank you for taking the time to educate me and help me understand your country a little, but I will never understand animal cruelty and why leaders turn a blind I to it :( I'll have to look up the vic case now too. I will finish this on GO SHARK GET THEM/CLOSE THEM DOWN X

  • Now I could give a fuck less about all the other videos of people killing, heck I kill birds every now and then but this is truly messed up.

  • I shoot wood pigeon for food once a week or so but I just can't understand why someone would shoot so many pigeons and leave them in a pile like that. What's the point?

  • You're doing good work, but your videos get far fewer hits than the countless snuff-porn "hunting" scenes that have polluted YouTube's bandwidth.

  • I'm not a bird owner, so could someone please explain the significance of the tags? Does it mean they were owned by private families/individuals, or something else? I don't get how they could get their hands on those birds if they were supposed to be "owned" by somebody.

  • @Critiqu3 The bands mean either they were privately owned or banded by researchers. Some of the birds could have been sold/given away, perhaps mutliple times until they ended up with the killers, or they could have been stolen or illegally trapped/netted.

  • "put down on site".... I'm so very, very sorry you have to do the clean up work after the ugly deeds of these monsters.

  • uhhh just wanted to know .... : cant they get shut down for animal cuelty? or something?

  • @brian9827 It's what we and others, including PA humane officers are working on. The problem is the corruption in PA government, from police departments, right up through DAs and into the governor's office. Political contribution gladhanding pays the way for the abusers to continue their bloodlust.

  • Bleh...this scene here in this video makes my skin crawl..what thing of a human could do this? Gross!! These heros of the sky deserved to be loved and/or set free, not tied down for a target! From this video, some were at least saved, thank goodness..hope they are all improving in rehab! Keep us updated when you have time =)

  • i am realy happy you saved that little pigeon thank god there are people like you in world

  • Christ that is really fucked up...

  • Great work ! Who supplies these birds to the hunting clubs? Is there any way of enforcing animal cruelty laws against those people?

  • Ok I am a hunter...but I am 100% against caged/caned hunts. That is the lazy mans way. Get out there, walk 20 miles, wait in the 20 degree air, and still not get anything. A true hunt is not a guaranteed hunt.

Some years I don't get my deer. That's ok. Because I am so quiet I can see a lot of things most people don't get to see. I had a wild doe and fawn walk 10 feet past me (did not shoot) with out knowing I was there. Sweet.

  • @equarg word .

  • What struck me about this video is the wanton cruelty with no regard to suffering juxtaposed against these bastards neatly picking up the bodies of their victims and putting into a nice neat pile. I'm not sure what that says about these murderers. Perhaps they did not want to abuse human sensitivities by leaving the bodies strewn about. Well the murderers have assaulted my sensibilities, I hope I never meet anyone who could do this.
