the biggest problem iwth the guy in front and him trying to put his knee out, hes sticking it out yet leaning back up into the bike instead of leaning his entire body off of it and keeping the bike at a little more of an upright angle, which is the point of your knee out and leaning. its safer.

it doesnt look like the guy ahead of the cam bike spends a lot of tiime on track. Nevertheless I am not better myself. Such roads are a blessing to us motorcyclists (the sports rider kind)

@Ruefus Is that bike a SV1000S? If so that grinding sound is the kickstand bracket. Notice how it only grinds when he's turning to the left. I have the same problem.

@hazootbenwar The bike you're seeing is a 1000. However, the bike the camera is on is a heavily modded SV650. The rider on the chase bike is dragging knee on occasion. He had titanium inserts in his pucks.

The point was to show someone riding the Dragon and to see a rider go through the corners. You see, these two are friends.

The rider shown spends more time on-track, so yeah....guilty. He happens to look like what he is. What a concept.

Respect man! I feel for your enthusiasm to ride well and ride safe with your friends. What makes your footage stand out from other videos is the stage-by-stage captions of the locations along the route (like the Tool Both).

Your video is an inspiration to all riders who are wondering about and/or wanting to ride The Dragon. This posting has motivated my interests to visit The Dragon later this year.

The Dragon is the name for this particular stretch of Rt 129 that the riding is being filmed on. Although..if you scroll down the comments, you will see some people do not realize this.

First - I'm not the guy who shot the footage, just the editor, so to speak. And....

It's not pegs....it's knee sliders. This guy's pegs are nowhere near touching. Riding styles are like handwriting.....everyone's is different.

The gentleman that hosted this is an organizer of the SV rally. He was not the one doing the filming.

I was the rider on the SV1Ks.( the vid cuts between myself and another bike) The rider following me, is the one filming me. I do not typically drag knee on the street....I save it for the track. The scraping you hear is the "sparky" knee pucks of the guy who is filming me. He is a much better rider than myself, and can drag his knee just getting on and off the bike.

Hope confusion is cleared.

This road is perfection! It is made for riding!

The thing that impresses me is that all the curves are bent toward the inside so you have a nice road angle to ride it fast and enjoy yourself. I hope the surface is also good and not worn out.
