I have checked and the only cleo mods I have installed is a speedo and SAESAndy's emergency lights mod (looks really cool with evo and subaru). so unless those would cause it, there is something else.
lol I removed the cleo folder and magnet still spawns, it appears to be my vehicle.txd file that causes the magnet, but I don't wanna replace it as in the past when I have all my textures have bugged.
