If morals are divinely inspired then I think it would be necessary that crime should show no parallel with social-economic conditions. But thats not the case. The statistic demonstrate that young men in low income families without fathers are more prone to committing ng crimes and violence. The same is also evident in elephants and dogs. It's obvious that humans are creatures of there own means not gods
