this is a nice catch by the police.....beside they are using 100% of it for enforcement of drug laws.......so i dont see why it wouldnt be good to use criminals money for it.
never give officers permission to search your vehicle....its your right! Prohibition is to blame for people being killed over drugs! Drug use should be looked at as a health issue NOT a criminal issue! alcohol and cigarette are the two leading killers....not cannabis!
What a load of crap, the driver is always considered the owner of illegal substances in a car, weather it's his car or not, so his "friend" can legaly claim his money. Also, his friend never consented to have his car ripped apart. Plain and simple, these cops stole a million dollars
