I would like to say something about Lisa and her Father. Her was a doctor and specialized in what is called "cluster headaches", which are horrible. I know this because my brother has them and he went to Lisa's father and he helped him where no other doctor ever did. And know this Lisa's Father also had these headaches. I thank you Lisa and your father for the help given my brother.

A great speech and I'm enormously happy for her, but it's completely naive to say that there is a reason for everything. She kept trying and eventually achieved her dream, but many people who never give up never achieve their dreams. In fact, the majority of people never even have the opportunity to - try - to achieve their dreams. The reality is, over 50 percent of humans live in poverty. Not to mention the many people who have randomly get cancer or hit by a bus.
