  • It is a nice summary. For those who are interested in more information about this subject, google 'SWOT analyses' or 'SWOT confrontation matrix'. This will give you information in how to use the SWOT and how you can get a good vision on your organisation. If this is done, make sure you google 'Growth-share matrix', aswell known as BCG Matrix. This is a instrument which you can also use, but for other (external) purposes.
