where is the overlook? I've been to the aviation museum and not really thrilled with the viewing of the planes, you seem close here

@klolikewhoa It depends on how you get to the airport. I’ll assume that you come in from the Billy Graham Pkwy.
From Billy Graham take the RC Jose Birmingham Pkwy (the main airport entrance) into the airport. Turn right onto Old Dowd Rd. The road comes to a “T” intersection. Turn left at the “”T intersection (which is a continuation of Old Dowd Rd. Go about ¾ mile and turn left. This is the road that takes you to the overlook. It’s about ½ mile on the left.

been wanting to head out there but its been too hot man. i want to go out there on my birthday next week, get some bojangles(the works) but if it stays 102 all week i'll pass...
