This was an arcade port published by SNK who later created the NEO-GEO AES/MVS for F*&% Sake! Great 2600 shmup none the less! Just don't pay alot for it b/c it s COMMON! :)
You almost sound like you are saying "tourist" instead of "terrorist," leading to a rather amusing take on the game. Maybe this could have been called Grand Theft Astro with such a plot.
Man I used to love that game, that and Phoenix! You outta do a review on that game... and FYI I want your aqualung song, I love the original and the remix to it
he did but after the two week period he's allowed to post the reviews here so that's what he does and honestly it doesn't bother me because usually when he posts them here from now on I think I'll be giving the ol' "thumbs up" cos they rock
@THEsquirrel3d No, it's still a 2-week limit. Although I try to get it up as soon as the 2-week period is over, I don't have it written into my calender when that date is, so I might end up letting it go by a few days now and then.
Ever read the book "Ready Player One" by Ernest Cline? It's all about a kid in the future who is poring through 80's nostalgia, Atari and Intellivision games, etc to win a bajillion dollar prize left behind by a virtual reality MMO creator who made a game called Oasis (that everyone in the (really poor and shitty) world basically plays). The reward is hidden in kind of like a mix between Swordquest and Adventure's easter eggs. It's Atari meets DotHack .
Seems like a cool game but the invinsibility jingle actually gives me a headache. I think it would have made more sense for the background to be black as well since you're flying a space-ship, unless you're supposed to be in a cave or something. It's about the only thing in the game that looks really unappealing.
One of my favorites that got a lot of play. It was a later title that seemed to hit the bargain bin immediately due to the crash. I believe I paid $10 for it just a month after its release.
5200 version is also great and I think it's the only cartridge I own that doesn't have the name of the game on the label...just has a picture label.
Is that Queen? Flash Gordon? Well, I supose one would be Flash Gordon in order to be invincible.

@MrColuber Yes, that's the music from the Hawkmen battle from Flash Gordon.
