@EliasJordan3 He does pushups with basketballs because that increases upper body strength. It is an advanced pushup basically and it's real hard because it's hard to control the balls when your doing the pushups. be careful though doing this.

This just looks like an ill-advised shot to me. Seriously Allen Iverson is the only one who can pull this off becoz his offensive abilities are well prescribed around the league. I can almost guarantee if a little guy tries to do this in a pick-up game and he will get blocked or just plain brick it.

well if you know what you're doing you can pull it off no problem. thats one of my favourite shots to do, although i slightly alter it, the form and idea remains basically the same. and if you practice the shot, you'll be able to make it consistently.
