I love this game only bad thing about is the super expensive long time build artilery that can attack all over map even if its the bigest one. Exept for that the game is perfect

yeah but if the artillery was easy to build everyone would build it quickly and the battles would be a case of who can get it built first

Great RTS but irritatingly slow gameplay.

Forged Alliance, the expansion pack to this, fixes many of these problems. Map control becomes important and the whole game is rebalanced. Mass Fabricators are rarely used and controlling the map to have mass extractors becomes much more important.

The game is awesome. Shame you can't get normla infantry units, and I would say that they should be used for piloting the beasts. Aeon's the best with that huge experimental assault bot. I could just imagine riding one now.........

Cybran Nation is the best, Soul rippers take out Colossus, spiderbots take out the UEF Fatboys :D. And just infantary isn't handy, becuz the size of a man is to small :P

that is not true a fatboy will own a spiderbot as long as he keeps his distaacne cause of his range and u only need like 20 t3 fighters to take out a soulripper

yeah, fighters, but soul ripper is not good at air to air. it's for ground enemy. And i'm not standing still with my spiderbot, my monkeylord always reache the fatboy and then destroys it.

I have World in Conflict, and that requires a very good computer to run. I run it on full, and my computer "starts" are: 1.5g ram NVIDIA GeForce 7950GT. I have no lagg, except when the A-bomb detonates, cos my whole screen is coverd with smoke:p but i think i can run this game with quit good settings and no lagg

I don't know why this got marked as spam, but try reinstalling. The files are probably corrupted. Also, make sure you get the expansion pack, Forged Alliance.

Soundtrack was great. Like the epic theme of war and large future units falling to destruction.

However when the Czar or Battleship was destroyed having a few units shoot at it before hitting the destroy command could make it more realistic. I mean there was no explaination why the units blown up and were destroyed.

It will probably not run well at all. Supreme Commander is pretty much the most demanding game out right now, in terms of processing power. you pretty much need a whole new computer.

that was directed at cncmaster, just to be clear haha, but anyway, regarding the requirements posted below, those will run the game at a basic level, and are probly what's written on the box, but to actually take the game to the highest level possible (ie hundreds of buildings, and upwards of 800 units), you pretty much need a quadcore.

and that's even MORE true when you multiply all those buildings and units by 8 players going at once. you can have up to 8000 units and/or buildings on the map at once, all being calculated...it's rediculous

You need more Ram. Try for 2GB and a lot more Hard drive space. I'm not up to date on Radeon cards so you will have to ask someone else. Hope this helps! Also, the Operating system is perfect! Stay with XP Don't go vista or nothing will work! Unless you have 2 Operating systems you won't be able to play most games. You could overclock your Processor a bit but just don't play 1v1 on Setons Clutch!

Acturally vista does suck but only at this moment in time, this is because of several things which include:Useless processes (they slow your computer down alot, think of it as taking .5-.75 ghz processing speed away) alot of the functions are still very buggy and the majoriorty of them are useless except the voice recognition that will rule when they sory out the kinks, and finally roughly 42% of programs out there are not compatible with vista.

Supreme commander sucks!!!

It is full of technical bugs, I have a high spec PC running windows vista with the latest drivers and I can manage only a few weeks with this game.

After a few weeks it start complaining of a PGN file corruption and displays a message complaining that my PC doesn't comply with the minimum requirements, then I have unninstal and reinstall the game to keep playing.

Cris taylor is a con artist. Do a proper system testing before releasing your software !!!

I'm not sure about ATI radeon cars never actually used one but my dad has 1 in his machine.

The recommended is ATI X800 XL, ATI X1300 or better.
