I like how Cloud has changed after Advent Children. He sounds... more upbeat and happier like he did during Crisis Core when he first met Zack. I like this version better than his mopey, half depressed self. He's like a laid back, soft spoken warrior. Now only if we can see him actually smile and finally admits that he loves Tifa then all will be right in the world of Final Fantasy 7.... they should do a new game with his personality of Cloud.

@SephyInABox Perhaps... But the way I see it, some team sat there and labored for over 9000 hours rendering every hair on Nanaki's fuzzy form, and it's such a waste that that more work probably went into creating the model, than making it move around. :(

Once a model's made, all that's left is making it move, so really, the hardest part was already finished.

That said though... he should get his own OVA or game! Nanakitty!

God, Rachel Leigh Cook is so PERFECT as Tifa. Even though she's only got a couple of lines here, she nails every single one. She's captures Tifa's upbeat but down to earth personality, and she still manages to act well too!

@xPhiieebeex Cloud wasn't very happy going through FF7... at the beginning he was the lone wolf, short and bitter-sweet. then he meets Aerith/Aeris and kinda cheers up.. but then he realizes Sephiroth is alive and goes back to the 'ugh' stage. Then eventually it just breaks down to depression when Sephiroth starts antagonizing him.

Even in AC he was depressive because he couldn't forgive himself for the mistakes he made..

@PKRockin7 Well in FFVII he didn't know who he was, because he took part of Zack's personality, and he switched on and off between himself and Zack, and in AC he knows who he is and remembers Zack, so he gets his depression back 100%.

I would've rather Nomura have Cloud be "upbeat" than THAT depressed. In my opinion, AC was kinda dull because there wasn't a whole lot of excitement in Cloud, Tifa, Vincent, Denzel, just about everyone.
