Yup, Max! No-one liked him! Couldn't even get my Dad to play as him, he preferred Mickey Mouse and Sonic games! In fact when I was younger and my Dad got me games as presents he would always play them first before giving them to me, in his words 'to help me when I get stuck!' Pah!! :p

Besides, Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles were originally going to be one game and locking them together creates a game far beyond what you get with each one seperately making it, in my opinion, its own entity.

I think that pretty much sums it up. Most are the original tracks. Toejam and Earl 2 is some random remix, James Pond 2 is the music from the Amiga version, Thunderforce - from the Thunderforce Renaissance album and for Mickey Mania I used the Mega CD audio.

I had trouble finding all the music for the Mega Drive versions unfortunately.

I actually agree with this list, moreso than many others. I know this list is based on the games he actually owns, but I would add in Strider, Ecco the Dolphin, Ecco 2, Crusader of Centy, Landstalker, Robocop vs Terminator, Beyond Oasis, Flashback, Another World, Earthworm Jim 1 and 2, Legend of Galahad. Mickey Mania was great on the Genesis. MEgadrive. But the Sega CD version was better, because it had CD quality music, and additional recorded dialogue.

It was originally meant to be a single game but due to the size Sega knew they would have to charge over the odds for it (Sonic 3 still came out at £60 in the UK though). I put both together as the huge adventure makes it the best way to play. You can also plug in Sonic 2 to play as Knuckles and a selection of other Mega Drive games which open up variants on the 3D special stage. Also, didn't like Skitchin' but loved Road Rash 2, just not as much as these other games.

Yeah, unfortunately I never owned the original when I did the video. Admittedly the second is a mostly generic (yet fun) platformer, but it's the memories it gave me which is why it's here. The stunning graphics and digitised speech for the time and playing co-op with my Dad when I was a kid.

Wow Streets of Rage !, very much influenced by the punk culture and gangs of the 80' it was an amazing game, great bosses, lots of fun, the only thing you needed was another jostick.

I would personally add the earthworm jim into my top sega games.

Fifa, Robocop, Alien and Zombies Ate My Neighbors where among the most popular ones, I enjoyed endless hours of gaming with them.
