I found this video coming in from WEP's channel (all episodes posted there!!). Just watching this video brought back memories of this amazing anime series. I was 10 years old when I first ever watched Voltron.
I always liked that Allura wasn't the perfect princess. She made mistakes and wouldn't always take everyone's advice. But, live and learn is what made her strong. She was a bad ass Princess in my opinion, actually protecting her people as part of the Voltron Force instead of hiding in her castle. Nice Video and added to my favorites. 2 thumbs up.

Lotor is way too good for Allura. I mean if he did not have so many women in his possession maybe Allura would like him. Because to me it sounded as if Lotor wanted Allura just because he could not have her when he was supposed to have any girl he wanted (according to his thoughts).
So if Allura liked him ,he would lose interest and he would simply have her in his harem!
I remember I met on of those women playing the part of Princess Allura, it was one of the promotions in the mall. I can remember that I kissed her hand and told her it was an honor meeting her. The smile on her face afterwards made me feel so good. I knew that she wasn't the real Princess Allura, but I let myself be caught up in the moment, and I actually felt excited about meeting her:)
Yeah, there was a great battle with Lotor and the Fleet of Doom, which resulted in a team up with the Vehicle Voltron Force that ultimately defeated the Drules. There was a "new" Voltron spinoff called V3D, which continued the series several years later after the battle but that series was poorly done, nothing like the anime version.
