I've told people about how the bible says they are supposed to put homosexuals to death and I've showed them in the bible. Their excuse is that it was written in the old testament. Although isn't the old testament still the word of god? And I don't recall anything about Jesus saying the old testament was invalid after he came along.

I like the added quiz questions at the end. It certainly would force Christians to think for themselves.
I think the bible is good to learn about as long as it's not forced onto kids as the
only religion of the world and I think it might be best not to introduce them to religion until they are older to make a decision as to what they want to believe for themselves.

If people read the context behind the verses, they would make more sense.

Agreed. I would actually like to see more world religion classes, in sooth, if for no other reason than to help keep students minds in perspective.
Of course, the doubtless rise of atheism in response to better education would be a very nice side effect.
