@BBoyDWhite In digimon world 3 you need to find DRI agents, and all of them give a hint.

btw, the pest party to start out with is Guilmon, Kumamon and Patamon. You can only get Guilmon and Kumamon near the end of the game, while you can get Agumon, Renamon and Monmon pretty early.

@gladiadorbeta Well, no. You don't HAVE to have just one Digimon, you can have all three Digimon, HOWEVER... Their levels Can Not... CAN NOT go above 30. So, if you have one digimon who is level 29, then you can only have one Digimon, but if your Digimon's levels are like 14-6-5 (Equalling 25) then you can still have all three digimons. But, you also need the Byakko badge... and, well... Getting the Byakko badge with Digimon at those levels... Kind of hard.

You do not go to a guy for that.

Just go you your menu, click on Stats. And click on digivolves. You should be able to handle it from there. ;)

To have the DRI Agent for Veemon appear in the Protocol Ruins, your Rookie digimon's levels COMBINED must not exceed 30. So if you add their levels all together then it can't be 30 or more. And you must beat the REAL Byakko leader, you go to beat the Byakko leader after the Suzaku leader which is after the Seiryu leader.
