I was wondering why my sauces always tasted kind of weak. It was missing the eggplant. I made this a couple days ago and it turned out great. Dave definitely rediscovered the secret.

I second the the thoughts of user HollyPinafore--You can watch 30 seconds of any piece David is in and you know it's going to be informative entertaining and no nonsense[and real!!] --You have a hit here -- You knew it and we know it-- Fabulous piece you directed here!
