I think that's almost oldschool apple design. They tend to be even more minimalistic now. I think the latest Magic Mouse would be a great inspiration for a car (though not a city, more a race car) shapewise.

I'm expecting one day apple will design a car, what we see here is the outside but what about inside ? how many contrôle buttons do we have everywhere to contrôle the light, the music, the heat etc... it is just like PC, a car is only a compilation of independent materials, and there is no car our days with a common humain interface to controle everything eaysely , who can make that real better than apple ?
