I am so sorry that you have to suffer occasionally. I know how you feel .I am 42 years old and I suffer from Lupus ,polymyocitis and thrombocytopenia.When I feel the way you do .Not being able to walk hardly and your memory starts to go.I usually take 20 mg of prednisone during the winter daily to control all symptoms. Hope that you are feeling better.
