  • Your email you sent out on 12-15-11 was quite discouraging. You tell us on the DVD's that keep up the 10-12 minutes of exercise will help us get in shape--then you tell us you ride a bike for 5 hours? I run and hike, also, but you imply the 20 second fitness was all you needed.

Apparently we will NOT look like you by using the 20 second fitness. I've used them for 3 months now, expecting results, and have seen little. Now I know why.

Woodsbabe13, I’m sorry you found my email discouraging. I did not mean it to be that way. It was meant to help motivate and help everyone understand that getting the results we want isn’t always easy but if we stay consistent we will get the results we want. I did lose my weight by doing 20 Second Fitness. For more than 10 years I struggled with my weight. It wasn’t until Dr. Mok explained the concept behind 20 Second Fitness that I was able to lose the weight and keep it off.

  • @woodsbabe13, Losing the weight gave me the confidence and belief that I could do anything I set my mind to do.

In the past year I have set some big goals that require me to workout a lot. Here are a few of my goals for 2012. I plan to go to Master Swimming Nationals in the spring with a goal of being top 10 in the nation for my age group in the 100 butterfly. I also have a 50 mile ultra-marathon in Jan. I’m also training and hoping to qualify for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship next fall.

  • @woodsbabe13, To accomplish these things I have to train more than a few minutes a day but I still do 20 Second Fitness religiously. I owe all my strength, quickness and toning to 20 Second Fitness.

As for you not seeing the results you were hoping for shoot me an email and let’s talk and see what little tweaks we can make to help you get the results you want.

  • How can someone keep this up for 8-12 minutes?

The guy is this video is very fit, and even he looks tired after just two minutes.

I'm 45 and in no way in great shape.I have only been doing the 2 min demo that you see here for the past week.Day one it kicked my ass and I thought I was going to die. It's now day 5 and I am still doing the demo but I do it back to back now.Your body quickly builds up some stamina and you will see a difference. I'm gonna get the DVD's and give this a shot.

  • @BeverlyHills2ndGen Thanks for checking out the video! You ask a great question. Everyone does the workouts at their own level. You may start off going much slower than I go here in the video and then you build up as you continue to do the program. In this video, I'm doing the exercises at my own level which is very intense for me. This is how I get the most out of the workouts and increase my metabolism to burn calories even after I'm done working out.
