i think that some companys lack this skill because they dont train as muich for saftrey or stress saftey enoguh

and it dont help that some of the rescue equitment is bad and the budget is bad

these guys and girls need to know more then power lines they need to know power line saftey to

i think when its your best buddy or child or anyone your close to you will be hoping his fellow line workers can do it and get him down to saftey
