  • @olya9084 well, it sure does help me :D I think the 8 minute legs, bums,arms and abs are all very good...just work out your "problem areas", pick one or two (I picked legs and bums) and do it daily! you'll see results. Trust yourself and don't give up :D

  • Be sensible about this program guys; this is a muscle toning exercise, I'm doing it and expecting to see less cellulite on my thighs and a little on my butt. You can't just do this and expect results - you need to watch what you eat as well.

  • This works really well, I can really see the difference in my legs

  • I suggest you attach some ankle weights to your legs while doing this, for added resistance. And for some you can add an ...how to say it...rubber expander band as well, if it gets too easy and/or if you want to add a bit of muscle.

  • This is great- I do it 4 times a week and my legs are stronger and more toned. No more saddle-bag thighs! This and the abs have helped my to stay toned-it wont make you lose weight- that's about diet and aerobic exercise- but it will tone muscle without adding bulk

  • I'd also recommmend the 8 minute core abs, buns, legs, and arm videos. Just make sure you type in the "core" part when you do your search. I like to alternate between these and the core videos to add a little variety :)
