But Obama and Congress would rather have the power to say who gets what...

The 10th Amendment has been the most abused Amendment for a while. Lots of focus on the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th but I doubt most even know what the 10th is about let alone the fact that the federal govt has abused it powers and taken what should be State authority for a while. Hopefully the TEA Parties bring some awareness to that.
