  • nice.

  • Every now and then, there is a need to rethink about business. I surely agree.

  • aka "Competing for the Furture" copyright 1994...this is why China economy is growing faster than ours...we are 15 years late this is why Martin Jacques said the "West" needs to study or become more aware of the Chinese Civilization.

  • India is a palce where these experiments can be doem. Excellent new business models are coming up in India.

Many U.S. MNC are doing this, they are getting very stiff competetion from the South Korean MNC.

Things apparantly looks very simple but things are very complex.

Emerging markets will rule the world in 2020--2050.

All these models will changing very fast we require many high degree of agility in these B-Models.

    Thanks

    Deb.

  • its really nice

  • To my ears, Matt appears to be saying that a business leader should remake the product starting from a new environment. If a computer manufacturer started and succeeded in the United States the end-product is clear and the starting point was withing U.S. rules.

When moving to a new market, remake the product. The starting point is different, so the challenge is to make the same end-product from a new starting position using the tools within the new market.

  • Very Interesting !
