  • I Have 2 children with aspergers syndrome, one diagnosed at the age of 2.5 now 19 yrs old, (Dantheman2funny)has you tube account. my daughter got her diagnosis last week at the age of 17! ,I'm waiting for the full report from the hospital. they are both at college doing art and drama, they have no inhibitions no nerves when they perform. They both need to learn social skills. so I will be interested to see your video, I just cant get either of them to read or watch autistic material.

  • I have four episodes of my autism documentary series online if you're interested in that stuff. All I can say is not everyone is interested in one thing. Perhaps your two children aren't intrigued because they seem to be doing well, but I can't read minds, lol.

  • Yeah I guess they are doing ok, I have always been impressed with them, people on the outside looking in think its hard for me,And say to me It must be hard for you to cope, while making a (I feel sorry for you) face! but I have never seen it that way...They are a joy to me always have been. mesmerized by their antics & their take on life.I have looked at 2 or three of your videos . your doing a great job young man.

  • Not often very impressed with the thing I see here on the YouTube. I have to say that its GREAT to see a young man using this forum to educate and help others they way that you are. Thank you for sharing..

  • I viewed with interest Mike Peden's clips. I was also diagnosed with autism, but many years back when there was less support. One thing we have in common is our struggle talking which I could detect in him also, though articulate.

I think of autism as a neurological condition which sets us apart from the vast majority. But I only think of as a "disorder" those aspects (physical or environmental) which interfere with our happiness and functioning.

  • I have a friend who has autism and i know that it affects people differently. He is dating now and seems to be doing ok. My qeustion is would it affect him being sexually active with his fiend..

  • I'd respond with a video, but I don't know much regarding autism and sexual activity. I've never thought much of it. I have read that autistics can be more passionate than neurotypicals and aren't as likely to judge others, so that might help your friend.

Good topic though. It's not something that should be dismissed just because autistics don't "display" emotions.

  • I finally approached my friend on the sexual qeustion that i had. He expressed the sme thing that you said about emotions and how he is more sexual sensitive than others. He dropped his pants and pulled out his enormously huge dick. He must have read my mind, that question was on my mind but i was too embarassed to say anything. He stays erct like all the time(thus the reason for tight undies). See if that is true with all autistic males.

  • What is that roaring noise?, in the background.

  • I forgot to close my window, so the sounds you hear are that of traffic. My residence hall is right next to a busy street.

  • what a brilliant idea!!! I'll get filming and boy, would I love to collaborate with you one day. very professional (and more normal than "normal")
