I don't see how DOMA can be constitutionally justified in light of the "Full Faith and Credit Clause" (Article IV, Section 1) of the U.S. Constitution.

In this case, they're doing so while ignoring completely the statements, made IN WRITING, that clearly indicate DOMA is still LAW and should be "faithfully upheld".
